How do I host a food drive?
We are always in need of non-perishable food donations to help families stock their shelves with food staples. Read our “DIY Food Drive Packet” and contact us to schedule your food drive!
Do I need to qualify to get a food box?
No! Anyone needing food assistance can receive a food box twice a month. We do not require a photo ID, proof of residency, or income verification for individuals receiving a food box.
What do I need to bring with me to receive a food box?
Nothing! We do not require a photo ID, proof of residency, or income verification for individuals receiving a food box. On your first visit, you will need to fill out a brief form – but that’s it! You will need to bring a vehicle, as you should expect to receive up to 90 pounds of food.
What happens to food donations that are inedible?
Food that is no longer edible by humans is provided to local farms, ranches, and attractions like Bearizona to be included in animal feed. Nothing goes to waste!
