Legacy Giving Program
A bequest is one of the easiest gifts to make. With the help of an advisor, you can include language in your will or trust specifying a gift be made to family, friends, or the Flagstaff Family Food Center as part of your estate plan. What are the benefits of making a bequest: you leave a lasting legacy to be remembered; you lessen the burden of taxes on your family; and you may receive estate tax savings.
An endowment is a recurring donation of money or property to a non-profit organization for the ongoing support of that organization.
Charitable Gift Annuities
A charitable gift annuity is a great way you can make a gift to our organization and benefit. You transfer your cash or property to our organization and we promise to make fixed payments to you for life at a rate based on your age.
IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions
An IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution allows people age 70½ and older to reduce their taxable income by making a gift directly from their IRA to the Flagstaff Family Food Center.
