Weekend Cook – PT

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide nutritious food by creating menus, dishes and serving amounts plus supervising the preparation, flavoring and cooking processes. It could also consist of ordering food supplies and meeting the nutritional requirements of the State of Arizona Health Serves for clients at the Flagstaff Family Food Center. The cook will be responsible for the day-to-day of cooking, placing emphasis on positive and respectful response to the needs of the clients, volunteers, the environmental health and safety, and all programs in conjunction with the mission of the organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED or one to three years of related experience in the industry. Three years of experience preferred.

Weekend Kitchen Operations Assistant – PT

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Cook in daily food preparation, cooking, and dinner service. The position may also include ordering food supplies and meeting the nutritional requirements of the State of Arizona Health Serves for clients at Flagstaff Family Food Center. The Kitchen Ops position requires a positive and respectful attitude towards clients and volunteers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED or one to three years of related experience in the industry. Three years of experience preferred.

Office Manager – FT

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to oversee office management, including payroll, maintaining updated financial records in QuickBooks, AP/AR, the implementation of administrative systems, tracking budget expenses, ordering office supplies, answering the phone, creating presentations as needed, and maintaining overall office health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or three to five years of related experience in the industry. Three years of administrative supervisory experience preferred. Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, Microsoft applications, and payroll systems preferred.
